Drumming & Smudging Meditations

Sessions offered the 2nd and 4th Sunday of each month at 9-10 am.

In a crazy world there comes a time to silence ourselves and our minds and “re-boot”. I have been asked, by my Guides, to offer a “washing off” of what no longer serves you and help you re-center yourself, come back into your body, and breathe.

Come join me for one hour of sharing my Native Medicine to help you on your path and restore strength, hope, and a sense of belonging. Peace is EVERYTHING.

(Bring your yoga mat. If you do not have one I will have extras. Also, chairs will be provided if preferred.)

Starlight Lecture Series

Among many indigenous tribes, stars are viewed as ancestors offering guidance and wisdom.

I’ve had the privilege of crossing paths with so many incredible people on my journey—individuals whose wisdom, lessons, and passions have deeply resonated with me.

I feel called to share their voices with you.

Each of them carries insight and knowledge that deserves to be heard. This earthwalk is a continuous process of learning, and my offering is an invitation: come learn with me. Listen to the people I believe in and trust. Explore the ideas that have shaped me and peaked my interest.

I have brought forth the Starlight Lecture Series so we may continue to grow in wisdom, as our ancestors once did, standing deeply rooted in the light. Through this, I hope we may keep evolving and help shape a better world

Sessions will include a 45–60 minute presentation, followed by an informal optional hour for mingling and speaking with the presenter. Light refreshments will be provided. Please note that alcohol is not permitted.

*Since Spirit has guided me to do this and I truly believe in its purpose, it needs to be stated that the attendance fee I’m charging will go entirely to the speaker, to use as they see fit. It is my “Wopila” for all that has been given to me, and a way to share with my neighbors and community.

“Wopila” in the Lakota language means “gift-giving to honor the interconnectedness of all things. It represents a conscious, heartfelt, ceremonial expression of thanks.”
